The problem to solve
Choosing a performer involves more than a name or category. Visitors need the event location and profile context, while a discovery result must not be mistaken for confirmed availability.
Who it serves
People planning events who want to explore MCs, musicians, storytellers, and other entertainment categories before making a request.
Our contribution
Soft Labs Tech developed the studio product’s discovery experience: responsive web interfaces, category and event-area navigation, profile presentation, and the separation between discovery and booking requests.
Decisions behind the experience
Use the event area as the search context
The search surface asks for the event area. Source inspection shows that this choice persists across navigation; the device location is an optional suggestion rather than an assumed venue.
Make example profiles unmistakable
The public catalog identifies fictional demo profiles and explains that they cannot receive bookings or payments. Example identities are distinct from real talent.
Separate a request from confirmation
The product explains a request-and-review journey. Finding a profile or choosing a date is not an instant booking; authenticated and payment steps require separate verification.

What you can review today

Scope of this review
